My experience spans technology, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, higher education, and professional services.
Along the way, I've learned that some of an organization's most valuable ideas are often hiding in plain sight—in the experiences, observations, and beliefs of its leaders.
I enjoy uncovering those ideas.
Through thoughtful conversations, careful listening, and the occasional unexpected question, I help executives discover what they have to say and communicate it in ways that sound like them.
